Meet the winners of the first hip hop hang out by NBC held on saturday in Surulere

HIPHOP HANGOUT!
Hiphop is a movement formed by the african Americans and latinos in d late 70s and early 80s..it was a movement formed to heal societal ills
Though people are yet to understand what hip hop culture is all about so they dispute facts about hip hop. We will visit all elements of hip hop from DiscJockeys (D.J), Graffiti, M.C's and most especially Breaking Dancing.
Hip hop is a culture. Its a way of life..we hope to see you there.

Extigate entertainment at the 2016 chronicles of Ushbebe
The Chronicles of Ushbebe is a comedy and music concert that showcases stand-up comedian, OAP with Naija FM 102.7, Compere and Actor, Ushbebe in diverse comedic characters before his numerous budding fans from television, radio and the corporate world. The show happened on Sunday 13th March, 2016 at the muson centre and was hosted by Juliet Ibrahim, The show also featured other notable entertainers like AY, Gandoki, Gordons,I go save, Helen Paul, Seyilaw, 2Baba, Lil Kesh, Tekno, Yemi Alade,Falz, Ice Prince, Ycee, and lots more.
Extigate entertainment were also there to spice up the show with lovely dance routines. The group is owned by Psquare choreographer Nonso Asobe also know as 'Don flexx'...

Peace at last for the Okoye brothers(PSQUARE)
Looks like finally the devil trying to trying to tear this family apart has been caged maybe forever or till further notice who knows.
Just yesterday Peter okoye and their dance choreographer, Nonso Asobe popularly know as 'Don flex' were at an event in Abuja in which Paul okoye didn't attend with them which made fans begin to wonder if the break up was still ongoing.
But some hours ago, the brothers shared a common picture on their instagram. The picture shows a Dove that was being set free which signifies peace.
They also used a common caption, "That it took our stupidity to realise that FAMILY comes first. We are very sorry".
Let's just hope this marks the end of the break up as we hope to see them perform and even dance together.

AMAZING FITNESS TIPS YOU DIDN'T KNOW
This particular post is not just for dancers or dance lovers but for everyone. Some of us work out daily without getting results we expect while some of us don't even see exercise as something we need.
I decided to come up with these facts from my research to help improve you daily workout routine or to help you see the importance of working out
1. STRETCHING DOESN'T PREVENT INJURY
I know this will sound strange to some people but stretching before your workout routine doesn't prevent injury in any way. The fact that stretching makes u static(means u stay in one place) makes it even harmful. Before your exercise routine, instead of stretching, warming up by doing a cardiovascular activity(e.g walking, marching on a spot, dancing etc) will give u a better performance. Don't forget to cool down when you are done exercising.
2. EXERCISE MAKES YOUR HEART STRONGER
Regular exercise not only gives you more energy, it also makes your heart stronger. Your heart is actually a muscle The more you exercise it, the more efficient it becomes at pumping blood throughout your body. The stronger your heart is, the more blood it pumps per beat. The more blood it pumps per beat, the faster oxygen is delivered to your cells — so you feel stronger. Strengthening your heart muscle also lowers your resting heart rate. Make heart-pumping aerobic exercise a regular part of your workout routine. How amazing!!!
3. WHEN YOU SHOULD EAT SHOULD DEPEND ON YOUR GOALS
Which is better, to eat before your workout routine or after? It depends on your exercise goals. If your goal is an intense workout, you'll want to fuel your muscles before you work out. If your goal is weight loss, you'll want to eat after because you'll tap into your fat stores faster if you work out on an empty stomach. if you complete your workout routine on an empty stomach, you could get lightheaded or nauseous. Your best bet might be to first eat something light, do your workout routine, and then have your meal. Whether you eat or not, you must stay hydrated. If you're exercise routine lasts longer than 15 or 20 minutes, be sure to drink during your workout.
4. EXERCISE KEEPS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM SHARP
Another reason to fit exercise into your day: Having a regular workout could mean catching fewer colds. Research shows that after exercise, your body produces more antibodies that attack foreign invaders like bacteria or viruses. A few hours after you complete your exercise routine, your body returns to normal. it appears that the more often you exercise, the longer those antibodies circulate in your system.
Now you have heard, for those always saying they are too busy, 5 to 10 minutes every morning is not a bad idea. It comes with lots of benefits!
